Creating Calm: Anxiety Group for Women

Creating Calm is a four-week expressive arts therapy group for women experiencing anxiety. Through gentle art-making, reflection, and conversation, you’ll explore how your body responds to stress in a supportive, welcoming environment. 


You Will Learn:

  • Techniques to recognize and soothe anxiety in your body and mind
  • Simple, guided art practices for self-expression and relaxation
  • Reflection and coping strategies to use between sessions

Each session blends mind-body grounding practices with a guided creative activity, intentionally chosen to nurture nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and emotional expression in a safe and supportive space.

No art skills needed - just curiosity, paper, and something to draw or write with.
