Free Virtual Workshop Series

This December,  join us for a gentle, creative virtual series designed to help you reconnect with your body, emotions and inner self through expressive arts and somatic awareness. 

Each session blends mind-body grounding practices with a guided creative activity, intentionally chosen to nurture nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and emotional expression in a safe and supportive space.

No art skills needed — just curiosity, paper, and something to draw or write with.
