Out of Your Head & Into Your Body: A Creative Movement Workshop

Join Isabelle Rousseau & Charity Lui for an interactive journey of gentle movement, creative art-making and stress relief.

How often do we check in with our bodies? In our busy lives, we often live "in our heads," losing touch with the physical signals that tell us how we truly feel.

This hands-on workshop is designed to help you rebuild that connection. Through gentle, accessible movement and low-pressure creative reflection, you will gain practical tools to better understand your body’s signals, manage stress, and make conscious choices aligned with your well-being.

What to Expect

Creative Body Mapping:

No artistic skills required! Use paper, markers and colour to create a visual "map" of where you hold stress, tension, or peace in your body. It is a simple, powerful way to see what your body is trying to tell you.

Grounding & Fluid Movement:

Explore gentle, swinging and easy movements designed to help you release tension and practice the physical art of letting go.

Integrative Reflection:

A closing restorative practice to integrate your experience, leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and refreshed.

Who This Is For:

Anyone looking to de-stress and deepen their mind-body connection. No prior dance, movement, or art experience is required—come exactly as you are!
