Use creative expression to tune into your body’s messages, strengths, and areas seeking attention or relief.

This group is limited to women in Alberta or Ontario.
$500 (may be covered by insurance)
Payment via e-transfer or credit card is due after the initial connection call. Questions around insurance coverage will be addressed during the call or email us anytime.
Before the group begins, we will have a telephone call.
This is an opportunity to say hello, answer any questions, discuss any needed accommodations, and ensure the group feels like a good fit for you.
Plain paper or a journal/sketchbook. Colouring tools of your choice - pencils, pens, markers. Collage material.

Andrea is a registered social worker and Master of social Work student with more than 15 years of experience in mental health, addictions, and social work practice. She has developed and led numerous clinical and community-based initiatives focused on supporting individuals and families affected by mental health and substance use concerns.
Charity is a registered clinical social worker and therapist who focuses on anxiety, OCD, and trauma. She incorporates EMDR and art-based approaches to help people experience meaningful change. Charity brings a calm, collaborative presence to her work and enjoys spending time in nature and being creative with her family.
