Join us for Growing My Inner Garden, a creative art therapy workshop where you’ll explore self-compassion, reconnect with your inner strengths, and create a meaningful piece of art that reflects what supports your growth.
Through guided reflection and art-making, participants will be invited to:
- Reflect on qualities they want to nurture in themselves
- Identify supportive “roots,” such as personal strengths, relationships, and values
- Explore self-compassion — how we respond to ourselves during difficult moments
No art experience is needed. This workshop offers a gentle, creative space to slow down, reflect, and tend to what helps you grow.
Participants will leave with a finished artwork and a deeper understanding of how self-compassion can be practiced in everyday life.
This 90-minute virtual art therapy workshop invites participants to explore self-compassion through creative expression. Using garden imagery, reflection, and art-making, participants will identify inner strengths, sources of support, and ways of responding to themselves with care during challenging moments. No art experience required.
